Refund & Return Policy

At Fantastic Shop ("we", "our", "us"), customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms under which you may return products purchased from https://fantasticshop.in and request a refund.

1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns on products that meet the following criteria:
- The product was delivered damaged, defective, or in non-working condition
- The product received is different from what was ordered (wrong variant, size, or item)
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact

2. Time Frame for Raising a Return Request

- Damage, defect, or wrong product claims must be raised within **48 hours of delivery**
- An **unboxing video** clearly showing the sealed package being opened and the product condition is **mandatory** to verify any damage or defect claim
- Claims raised after 48 hours or without an unboxing video may not be accepted

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Consumable products (cleaning sprays, powders, liquids) that have been opened or used
- Personal care and hygiene products
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page
- Free gifts or promotional items received with an order

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:
1. Email us at support@fantasticshop.in with your Order ID, photos and unboxing video, and reason for return
2. Our team will review your request within 2 business days
3. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your registered shipping address
4. The product will be inspected at our warehouse upon arrival
5. Once approved post-inspection, refund processing will begin

5. Refund Timeline

- Refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days after product inspection
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method used at checkout
- Bank or card refunds may take an additional 5–7 business days to reflect in your account
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via NEFT to a bank account you provide

6. Refund Amount

- The full product price will be refunded for approved returns
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable except in cases of damaged or wrong product delivery
- For partial returns, the proportionate amount will be refunded

7. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item as per this policy and place a fresh order for the desired item.
