This Shipping Policy outlines how Fantastic Shop processes, ships, and delivers orders placed on https://fantasticshop.in.
1. Shipping Areas
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is offered on all orders (both prepaid and Cash on Delivery)
- No hidden or handling charges apply
- Any future changes to shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment
3. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from the date of order confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or after business hours will be processed on the next business day
- Business days are Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
4. Estimated Delivery Timeline
After dispatch, the estimated delivery time depends on the destination:
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad): 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote areas, North-East, and J&K: 7–10 business days
Total estimated delivery = Processing time (1–2 days) + Transit time (3–10 days)
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS
- The link allows you to view the live status of your shipment
- For any tracking-related issue, email us at support@fantasticshop.in with your Order ID
6. Shipping Partners
We ship through reputed courier partners including (but not limited to) Delhivery, DTDC, Shiprocket, Blue Dart, and Ekart. The courier partner is selected based on serviceability of your delivery pin code.
7. Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts
- If all delivery attempts fail and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping charges may apply)
- If we are unable to reach you within 7 days of the failed delivery, the order will be cancelled and a refund will be processed (excluding shipping/COD handling charges if applicable)
8. Reasons for Delivery Delays
Deliveries may be delayed due to:
- Adverse weather conditions
- Regional lockdowns, strikes, or restrictions
- Festive season high volumes
- Incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible shipping address
- Remote pin code locations
- Force majeure events beyond our control
We will notify you of any significant delay via email or SMS.
9. Damaged or Missing Shipments
If you receive a damaged package or your shipment is missing items:
- Record an unboxing video while opening the sealed package
- Email us at support@fantasticshop.in within 48 hours of delivery with the video, photos, and your Order ID
- Claims raised after 48 hours or without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund
10. Incorrect Address & Customer Responsibility
- Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and contact number are entered correctly at checkout
- Fantastic Shop is not liable for non-delivery or delays caused by incorrect customer-provided details
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply
